A managed service provider (MSP) is a third-party company that remotely manages a customer's information technology (IT) infrastructure and end-user systems. MSPs handle a defined set of day-to-day management services, which may include network and infrastructure management, security, and monitoring, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace managment. As your MSP, Purple Dog will ensure that your organisation can focus on improving its services without worrying about extended system downtimes or service interruptions.
Purple Dog provides different service options based on your organisation's needs, including technical support services, where we remotely fix or send a technician to resolve issues, charging for the time spent troubleshooting and any necessary parts; subscription services, where we proactively monitor your organisation's network and resolve any issues as part of the agreement.
